If it’s Friday (or even Saturday), it must be France …
The Promise of Provence now has a book trailer! After sifting through my photos and collaborating with the creative ( … and patient … ) Kristen Kress at Brain Fry Productions, we are on YouTube. Chalk up another learning experience … it just never ends …
When you have a spare 1:34 minutes, take a look!

Are you joining me in France in June 2014? I’m already counting the days until we begin the first “Promenade En Provence” organized by the Womens Travel Network in Toronto. The first tour sold out immediately and 14 women from the U.S. and Canada will meet in Nice on June 12 to begin our 10-day adventure.
My speaking partner, author Susan Sommers, will be co-leading the first tour with me and Debbie Ross, the Womens Travel Network founder, will join me for the second tour. Trust me, you are going to be in very good hands!
At the moment there are no more than four spots remaining on the second tour, from June 25 to July 5. They won’t last long which is why I am mentioning the trip here, in case any of you or your friends or family might be interested.
I’ve received enthusiastic emails from several women who have signed up and their excitement is already mounting. Mine too! There’s no question it will be a trip to remember, so join us if you feel tempted.

Unfortunately I’m unable to afford to join you next year, but maybe sometime in the future… 🙂
Hey Kitt, we’ll take you along in spirit! In the meantime, maybe we can still make a latte in Sarasota happen one of these days!
I’d love that!
Oh man! Wish I could go! LOVE your book trailer. That is the coolest thing ever and the first one I have seen. I have lagged in reading lately, but I hope that changes soon. 🙂
What a great video. It really tantalises, and offers glimpses of a life to be experienced. It’s sold me on reading the book too. Result!
Fantastic book trailer!
the book trailer is just fabulous. Maybe I can meet up with you for a day during the tour!
Hey, what a good idea! Do you know your summer travel plans this far in advance? Keep me posted and we will do our best to make it happen. Have a wonderful Christmas in your sweet cottage!
Love the book trailer! That is awesome.
FYI This ” Promenade en Provence”, is the trip I am taking at the end of June (the second trip) You were asking about it. I am adding the 3 days in Paris to the end, that adds about $740 to the cost. As of now I am sharing with a friend, Dianne, from my book group, but she has health issues and may not come. She will probably decide today. If she doesn’t come the organizers will find me someone else to share with. The trip is pricey, but not out of line for what we get and I am realizing that if I don’t travel now I never will.
How exciting to hear you are coming on the trip and my fingers are crossed that your friend, Dianne, will be able to resolve her health issues. It’s always disappointing when something happens to mess up plans but that’s life! Just keep believing things will all work out. My best to you and to Diane!
Love your book trailer! I would so love to go to France with you. It’s not in the cards for 2014. Maybe another year. You’re going to have a blast and will come home with so many new friends!
Marcia, it would be such fun to have you along some year! Maybe we could do a special WANA trip!
