I just signed up for your newsletter! I recently did find out the difference between macaroons and macarons, because a friend made me some amazing macaroons that she drizzled with dark chocolate. And I recently watched an episode on the Great British Bake Off where they made macarons. I have never tasted one and I was surprised to read in the page you posted that the macarons are gluten free! We have food allergies in my home and I am always looking for some yummy but safe foods for my son to eat. If I don’t win this giveaway, I’ll have to try to make some or buy some for us to try!!
